Introducing Sendle's Price Guarantee: Cheaper than Parcel Post.*
In a nutshell, we guarantee you can send your 500g satchels, and 2kg, 5kg, 10kg and 25kg parcels to Sendle's same-city and national zones for less than standard Parcel Post rates.
If the standard Parcel Post rate is cheaper, we will beat it.
That’s a like-for-like, pound-for-pound, kilo-for-kilo better price guarantee!
Why are we letting you know this now? Because on March 29, 2018, we adjusted some of our prices.
While some are staying the same, most satchel rates are actually decreasing and the rest are increasing.
In part, they reflect the standard ha-ra to do with markets and inflation, but they’re also tied deeply to our commitment to growing Sendle’s network and service.
With these changes in place, we are able to commit to being cheaper than standard Parcel Post Rates for all same-city and national zone parcels that you can send with Sendle.

Sendle Easy.
📦Packaged up: Satchel prices have decreased to $7.75. Same-city and international rates will stay the same, and 2kg, 5kg, 10kg and 25kg have increased.

How often do you raise your prices? Our last one was over a year ago. We know it’s important for you to have clarity over when they’re coming and so we’ll always have them as infrequently as possible. What is the Sendle Price Guarantee? Sendle has a price promise for its same-city and national parcels: send your Sendle same-city or national zone parcels for less than standard Parcel Post rates. This is based on current Sendle pricing compared to standard Parcel Post rates. Guaranteed for Sendle’s same-city zone and national zone 500g, 2kg, 5kg, 10kg and 25kg parcels. The guarantee is that if the standard Parcel Post rate is cheaper, we will beat the price. Does the guarantee apply to all my parcels? The Sendle Price Guarantee applies to all 500g, 2kg, 5kg, 10kg and 25kg parcels sent within Sendle’s same-city and national parcel network, which covers around 95% of all Australian households. The guarantee does not apply to parcels sent to Sendle’s remote destinations or international parcels. How do your rates compare with parcel post? On average, Sendle Easy (our basic rates) are over 15% cheaper than Parcel Post standard rates. Our Premium rates are even cheaper still ($1 extra off per parcel), sometimes even 71% cheaper overall. How does Sendle calculate the pricing for the guarantee? Sendle offers simple, flat-rate pricing with no hidden extras or nasty surprises. The guarantee is based on Sendle Easy prices compared to published standard Parcel Post rates. On average, Sendle Easy (our basic rates) are over 15% cheaper than Parcel Post standard rates. Our Premium rates are even cheaper still ($1 extra off per parcel), sometimes even 71% cheaper overall. How do I claim the guarantee? To claim the guarantee, send us a link to published standard Parcel Post pricing lower than Sendle for your 500g, 2kg, 5kg, 10kg or 25kg parcel within our same-city or national network, let us know here and we will beat the price for you. Please note that this guarantee can only be claimed within 5 business days after you have sent a parcel with Sendle and you will be provided with your choice of either a credit or refund equal to the amount you have over-paid. What about my international parcels? While we can deliver anywhere in the world from as little as $14.95, right now international deliveries are not part of Sendle’s Price Guarantee (but we’re working on it!). Any questions?
